What would you do in a cardiac, breathing or first aid emergency? The right answer could help you save a life. With an emphasis on hands-on learning, our First Aid/CPR/AED courses give you the skills to save a life in the home, workplace, school, and community environments. During the class participants should expect to lay down, bend, lunge and squat. This class is very hands on and very active. You will be laying on the floor.

Certification is issued upon successful completion.

Participants MUST bring a towel.

Participants should wear appropriate attire.

Participants should bring water and a snack.

Prerequisites: None

Certificate Requirement: Attend all class sessions. Demonstrate competency in all required skills, tests and activities.Certificate Issued and Validity Period: CPR/AED and First Aid for Adults and children, 2 years
