Aquatic Fitness Core Strength with Sylvia 

Instructor led class focused on building core muscle strength to support your back, improve your balance and increase flexibility. 

Aqua Aerobics with Kathe

Instructor led class includes cardio intervals, strength training, toning, with a focus on balance and coordination.

Class with Laura

 Laura is a Water Fitness Instructor certified by the Aqua Exercise Association as well as a CrossFit Level I trainer who teaches a mixture of Aqua Aerobics and Core Strength during her class.
